Abstract | My research explores the interactions between labor market choices, public programs, and family circumstances. In the following three chapters, I study the relationship between labor market conditions and job search behavior of workers of differing ages, the effect of children's events on parental retirement timing, as well as the impact of UI extensions on recipients' spouses. |
