A new version of the RAND Income and Wealth Imputation File (Version P) has been released, replacing all prior versions.
The RAND Cross-Wave Income and Wealth Imputation data set is distributed as a companion file to the RAND Enhanced HRS Fat Files and the RAND-HRS Data file. It incorporates HRS data from 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2012 final releases, and 2014 early release.
The National Institute on Aging (NIA) and Social Security Administration (SSA) provided funding for the development of this file. SSA's Office of Research, Evaluation and Statistics provided important research direction in the design of this data file.
