This a long file which contains multiple records per respondent. The variables correspond to a subset of variables the table listed on pages 16 and 17 of the questionnaire. The variable LH23_ORDER_15 contains the row designations of the table. The variable created post-data collection, (IF_HBCU_LHMS15), is attached to each record to indicate whether the institution reported by the respondent in that row is a Historically Black College and University.
