All MiCDA VDI restricted data users must submit a signed Data Security Plan, in .pdf format, for each work location (if you will connect to the VDI from both home and a work office, you need two Data Security Plans.) For institutional work locations, the Data Security Plan must also be signed by an IT Representative familiar with the workstation described. Electronic signatures are acceptable.
